The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Kajal Devi and Sudina Devi took her daughter but his daughter did not return. During the course of search it transpired that the accused persons including the petitioner kidnapped his daughter. It is submitted that Bhavesh Yadav is alleged to have kidnapped the victim. The petitioner is the father-in-law of Bhavesh Yadav and it is not expected that the petitioner will commit such crime of kidnapping with his son-in-law. The petitioner is in jail since 16.07.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12613 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Kumar, J. M. 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014.
