Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the FIR itself, petitioner was working as branch manager and when the police made raid and arrested the petitioner and others, petitioner disclosed that he was appointed as branch manager by the Director of the concerned company. Petitioner also disclosed the name of the director who has been made accused in the present case. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that having similar allegation co-accused Sujit Kumar has already been granted bail by the learned court below itself.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
