This petition is filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.11481 of 2016 which was dismissed for default due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 20.12.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 20.12.2016 passed in the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioners were directed to file the entire order sheets of B.P.L.E. Case No.19 of 2014 pending in the court of Collectorcum-Divisional Forest Officer, Gaya Division, Gaya with a supplementary affidavit. The petitioners filed requisites for getting the certified copy of the orders passed in B.P.L.E. Case No.19 of 2014 but the certified copy of the order could not be supplied to the petitioners, therefore, the petitioners could not file the same and consequently the writ petition was dismissed

Patna High Court MJC No.349 of 2017(4) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 due to non-compliance of peremptory order. Now, the petitioners have complied the order of this court. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this restoration petition is allowed. C.W.J.C. No.11481 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
