JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ---------------- 11-02-2015 In compliance of the order dated 14.01.2015 a report dated 27.01.2015 has been submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Bhagalpur, which is kept at Flag 'A', stating therein that the trial is likely to be concluded within three months as the evidences of the parties have been concluded and date was fixed for recording statements of the accused persons in terms of Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the aforesaid report dated 27.01.

2015 and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2014 arising out of Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S.Case No. 80 of 2013 registered for offences under Sections 376 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Tahir/- U T
