On the basis of the confessional statement of coaccused namely Ravi Shankar @ Goldy one stolen motorcycle bearing Reg. No. BR-060AG-3380 was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is a bonafide purchaser and he is in jail since 1.1.2015. Other accused persons Sunil Kumar and Dilip Saw had already been enlarged on bail on 04.0302015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 7701/2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9733 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 513/2014.
