The petitioner seeks bail in Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for snatching of her bag containing different articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was remanded in this case on 23.05.2014. Different articles are said to have been recovered, but none of the articles are the snatched articles of the present case. The petitioner was not

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashotosh Khetan, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014.
