Petitioner is accused in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the basis of the written report, Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 had been lodged against unknown under section 302/34 of the I.P.C. Later on, suspicion was raised against the petitioner having hand in the murder of the deceased on the ground that this petitioner and co-accused Richa Devi, wife of the deceased had love affairs and after one year, this petitioner performed marriage with co-accused Richa Devi. Except
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2254 of 2016 (3) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.04.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District and Sessions Judge-VII, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 722 of 2015 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.
