During course of distribution of Kerosene Oil specially meant for BPL, APL beneficiaries, some sort of irregularities were alleged, whereupon an enquiry was entrusted. After availability of the enquiry report, show cause was called for but as the same has not been filed, on account thereof, the instant case has been registered.

Petitioner, admittedly, happens to be the son of Mukhiya and his direct involvement has not been perceived, though his influence was there, on account of being son of Mukhiya. However, he is under custody since 26.07.2014 and on account thereof, petitioner, Kaushar Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two
