The petitioner is the husband in a case for the offence registered under Sections 498A/328/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the post mortem report reveals that there was internal injury on the person of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
