JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 dated 13.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name has transpired on the confession of a co-accused. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with
