The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Samastipur (Rail) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 registered under Sections 307 and 302 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his friends. The motive of occurrence is that earlier there was quarrel with cousin brother of the petitioner and the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (Rail) P. S. Case No. 63 of 2014.
