In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.108 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.
Allegation has been made that 157 liters foreign liquor has been recovered from vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner and after seeing the police party, he fled away. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
