Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Minor daughter of the informant is said to have been kidnapped by Bablu Paswan along with 3-4 unknown miscreants by Wagon R car. Petitioners, who happen to be parents of Bablu Paswan had earlier assured to get his girl returned, but in vain and on insistence, they slated the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32734 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they happen to be parents of Bablu Paswan, who is said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. There is no role of petitioners in the kidnapping. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-II, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
