JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2020 Heard Mr. Manish Chandra Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Satya Nand Shukla, learned counsel for the State through video conferencing.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10545 of 2020 by which the bail application of the petitioners was allowed and the petitioners were directed to surrender and furnish bail bonds before the court below within six weeks from the date of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27186 of 2020(2) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 communication gap and pandemic situation the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the aforesaid time of six weeks and prays for modification of the order dated 23.06.2020 to that extent. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners will surrender within three weeks from today and will furnish bail bonds positively.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, this application is allowed and the order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10545 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the petitioners will surrender before the court of learned A.C.J.M. - III (West), Muzaffarpur / court concerned in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 525 of 2019 within a period of three weeks from today and will furnish bail bonds as indicated in the order dated 23.06.2020.
