The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 141/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/308/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the injury is on both the sides and one of the petitioners has sustained grievous injury,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43766 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 141/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
