Deceased died at her sasural on account of antemortem injuries found supported with post mortem report incorporated under Para-25 of the case diary. Petitioner is the husband and the explanation whatsoever been offered at his end appears to be non-convincible.

Consequent thereupon, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected. However, taking into account the period of custody, the learned lower Court is directed to expedite the trial and will endeavour to conclude the same within a year. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
