The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession also. He has not also been subjected to Test Identification Parade. One of the co-accused persons of this case has been granted bail. The implication of the petitioner in this case is only on the basis of confession of a co-accused person.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2020. Regard being had to the period of custody of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33445 of 2020(2) dt.15-12-2020 2/2 the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018.
