The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others.

Regard being had to the general nature of accusation and that there is a counter case available on record along with the fact that the petitioners are related

No.79326 of 2018(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 to the informant and there is an existing land dispute, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
