JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 326 of 2012 registered under Sections 302/203 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in the light of order dated 13.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32767 of 2014, whereby the prayer of the petitioner was refused in second attempt with direction to expedite the trial of the petitioner and if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the charge has been framed on 24.03.2014 but

No.49246 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 till 31.01.2015 only one witness, Urmila Devi has been examined, which would appear from the order-sheet of the Sessions Trial No. 783 of 2013 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Danapur, Patna. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2012.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 326 of 2012.
