JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 21.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 B, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner and moreover, after one month of the alleged occurrence, the present case was registered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
