The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 124(A), 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4/5 Explosive Substance Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act Allegedly, the petitioner is named in the First Information Report along with others on the basis that the extremists were calling their associates by taking their names and in this case similarly situated co-accused Rekha Jee, Chhotu Das, Bhutali Ji, Chanarik Ravidas have also been granted bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is suffering in custody since 03.03.2015 having some criminal antecedents.

No.812 of 2016 (3) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhay Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case 110 of 2012, subject to conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
