Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact that the victim lady has been subjected to all sorts of ignominies particularly by the husband, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
