The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, Mintu Sah, elder son of informant solemnized inter-caste marriage with the daughter of co-accused Shiv Prasad Rajbhar. A panchayati was convened, but the daughter of Shiv Prasad Rajbhar was not ready to go to her native home. Informants suspects that due to ill motive, all the accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of her younger son Golu Kumar and threw his dead body in the pond.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. There is no

Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, vide Annexure 2 and 3 to the petition. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - IX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 329 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
