JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was selected on the post of constable but subsequently, a complaint was made against him and after that, when inquiry was done, it was detected that in place of the petitioner, some other person had appeared in examination. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.
