The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 325, 341, 342, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner and others assaulted Bijay and others assaulted Naresh Yadav and Chintu Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's son was killed at the hands of brother-in-law of the informant for which petitioner side lodged Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014. The petitioner has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12120 of 2015 (02) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 roped in the present case, though, the petitioner side lodged case at earlier point of time.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014.
