JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two F.I.R. named accused were arrested and one stolen motorcycle was recovered. Subsequently, the aforesaid arrested persons disclosed the name of the petitioner and, thereafter, house of the petitioner was searched and one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.08.2015 and it appears that except the present case, only one case i.e., Chakia P.S.Case No. 137 of 2015 had been registered against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
