JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21898 of 2020 to the following extent:- (i) Inadvertently, the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned as late Tarni Mahto in the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2020, which should be only

(ii) The police station has been inadvertently mentioned as Barauni in the address portion mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2020, which should be Teghra.

(iii) In the last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2020, case number has been mentioned as Muffasil Case No. 160 of 2018, which in fact should be Teghra P.S.Case No. 160 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of mistake in the main petition itself, the aforesaid error has taken place in the order dated 09.07.2020, hence, a lenient view be taken and the order dated 09.07.2020 be modified to the aforesaid extent.

Having regard the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the following corrections be deemed to have been made in the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21898 of 2020:-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30797 of 2020(2) dt.05-12-2020 3/3 (i) the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Tarni Mahto.

(ii) The name of the police station mentioned in the address portion of the order dated 09.07.2020 be read as Teghra.

(iii) The case number depicted in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2020 be read as Teghra P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018.

Accordingly, the order dated 09.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21898 of 2020 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. The present petition stands disposed of.
