JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 23.11.2015 in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and birth of two children but the informant is in habit of lodging frivolous cases.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on
