This application has been filed for modification of order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 81610 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 81610 of 2019, the petitioners were ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36121 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 period of six weeks in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioners is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 81610 of 2019 is modified to the said extent.
