JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 set fire on the shop of the informant but in course of investigation witnesses made general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and other accused. The Investigating Officer inspected the place of occurrence but did not mention anything to show as to whether the shop of the informant was burnt or not. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Manoj Pandey has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13770 of 2015 (3) dt.29-06-2015 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014.
