JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. From the hut one unknown dead body of an woman was recovered and, thereafter, the present case was lodged against unknown but in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased had illicit relation with the petitioner and having constructed a hut , she was residing on the land of the petitioner. Furthermore it also came to light that one cartridge was recovered from the hut of the deceased and the sons of the deceased expressed their suspicion against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.603 of 2015.
