The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 201 & 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have got the job of teacher on the basis of forged Intermediate certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner produced the documents furnished to her by competent authority at the time of her counselling which was verified by the authority

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31093 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 conceerned and on verification of the same she was given the joining letter. She had no knowledge of any manipulation in the said documents by someone with ulterior motive and after learning the same she has suo motu left the service. She has no criminal antecedent. She happens to be lady.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
