The case is under Sections 304B and 328/34 Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The husband is in custody.

There being no specific allegation and the cause of death still not being certain, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.K. Sanjay, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in Kursakanta P.S.Case No.121 of 2014.
