Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 420, 379, 506/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted knife blow in the stomach of the informant as a result of which, he sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and the injury caused by the petitioner is grievous in nature.

Considering the grievous nature of injury and specific allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with
