Case No.112/2013 under Sections 417,419,420,468,471/34 of the Indian Penal Code for having defalcated the public money, which was advanced to them for construction of Indira Awas. The report was lodged by the B.D.O., Motihari but subsequently on enquiry, the another B.D.O. reported the construction having been made.

The submission is that some of the co-accused have been admitted to bail by the Court of Session itself. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions based on reports, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47997 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 bonds each of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mufassil (Motihari) P.S. Case No.112/2013.
