This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier his bail application was rejected on 23.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.54586 of 2021 on the ground that petitioner was an accused of rape of a minor, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
