JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners happen to be the parents in -laws of the deceased, who allegedly died within one year of her marriage in other than normal circumstances and admittedly, the dead body of the deceased has already been disposed of.
Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the deceased died of her ailments but after cremation of the dead body, the informant demanded money from the petitioners, which was refused resulting in institution of the present case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1212 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 the fact that the husband of the deceased has already been sent to judicial custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 88 of 2015.
