JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and other FIR named accused persons allegedly, assaulted the informant and other police officials by means of Lathi as a result of which, the informant sustained three injuries and out of them, one injury on left hand, was found grievous in nature.

Contention on behalf of the petitioners is that the informant, being police official demanded illegal money, for which, scuffle took place as a result whereof, the informant fell down on the ground and sustained injuries. It is further submitted by him that moreover, petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 22-10-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

No.740 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 255 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri R. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
