The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 26 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 29.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015. Dilip/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U T
