Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is physically present along with show cause. After going through the averments made therein, the same is accepted.

Two minor children, namely, Muskan and Abhishek who were playing, gone missing on 17.10.2014. During course of search, on 18.10.2014 their dead body was found in a bush at the bank of a river and for that altogether eleven persons have been named including the petitioner. Gone through the case diary. Charge sheet had already been submitted however, did not identify any of the witness to be an eye witness to occurrence. Moreover, prosecution had to some extent succeeded against coaccused Manjay who had allured daughter of informant at an earlier occasion and for that, a criminal case was pending coupled with his inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement however, looks completely deficient so far this petitioner is concerned. It is also evident that co-accused Naveen Mandal and Bhawani Mandal have already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.11736 of 2015 while prayer for bail of one of the co-accused Ram Dulari Devi @ Dulia Devi @ Fulo Devi is found rejected vide order dated 25.05.2015 under Cr. Misc. No.10859 of 2015.
