Mr.Anita Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case no. 213 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 504 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 05.12.2018, informant Vijay Yadav was returning to his house then in the way, four persons gave signal to stop the motorcycle, when he stopped the motorcycle then they came near him and asked to get down from the motorcycle, when informant made query then they started abusing him saying that

Thereafter, informant raised alarm, but in the meantime, they caused injury at his neck through Fasuli. It is alleged that petitioners and other were engaged in selling liquor business for which there was dispute between them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant raised suspicion regarding hand of petitioners due to earlier dispute. Further submission is that the injuries found on the person of informant is simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
