The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one live cartridge of 8 mm and one stolen motorcycle were recovered. It is submitted that no case for theft of the recovered motorcycle was lodged anywhere. For recovery of one live cartridge, the petitioner is in jail since 02.08.2014.

It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for 71⁄2 months for recovery of one live cartridge and one motorcycle.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51264 of 2014 (3) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2014.
