The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and his friend Sunni Kumar took away Anshu from his house and assaulted on 02.09.2014. Thereafter on 03.09.2014 the petitioner took away the informant Sonu Kumar from his house and also assaulted him. The injury of the informant has been found to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance when opinion with regard to injury no. 2 has been reserved.

No.6354 of 2015 (02) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 petitioner that final injury report is not available on the record, the investigation has already concluded and for the occurrence o 02.09.2014 no case was lodged when the FIR was produced before the learned court below on 06.09.2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
