The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 379, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries. The accused persons also tried to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant.

No.33490 of 2022(2) dt.24-11-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are next door neighbour to the informant and in the background of a dispute due to boundary wall, this false case has been registered against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is no injury report on record. Moreover, good sense has prevailed between the parties and a joint compromise petition has been filed before learned Court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case
