Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Purnea Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 registered under Sections-363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim stated in her statement, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. that she solemnized her marriage with the coaccused Pramod Kumar by her own sweet will and she was never kidnapped by any persons.

Considering the statement of the victim, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. let the petitioners named-above, in the event

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9016 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 2/2 of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Purnea Sadar (Muffasil) each P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
