2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner offered her to form a group and every member of that group will get loan of Rs. 7,85,000/- from the Bank. It is further alleged that petitioner took photographs, Aadhar Card, copy of Bank Pass-book, mobile number of all the group members for processing the loan. It is further alleged that petitioner promised that if Rs. 2,000/- per month will be deposited then the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- will be waived off from the actual loan amount. Thereafter, informant and others deposited the said amount, but they have not received the amount as promised by the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and denies the prosecution case, but she offers to deposit Rs. 40,500/- which is alleged to have been collected by this petitioner before the court below at the time of furnishing bail bond through demand draft.

5. In view of the undertaking given by this petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 671 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that the aforesaid payment shall be subject to the final outcome of the case.
