To dismantle the organized functioning of banned organization, CPM (Maowadi), combing operation was taken up but as the extremist have got information, they disappear. However, as per direction of the superior officials, the organizer were to be identified and it appears, petitioner's name including others has been exposed. In the background of aforesaid clumsy material, petitioner Pravesh Kumar Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.313 of 2013, subject to condition that he will have his physical presence once in a month before the Officer-in-charge, Sahebganj P.S. and will file the attendance slip

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48065 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 granted by the Sahebganj P.S. before the learned lower court regularly till conclusion of the trial. In case, there happens to be disobedience on the part of the petitioner, the learned Magistrate will be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance with law. To facilitate the direction, a copy of the order will be transmitted to Sahebganj P.S. by the learned SDJM. Furthermore, to have appearance of the petitioner's secured in the background of presence of criminal antecedent, one of the bailor shall be a Government servant.
