No. 8537 of 2017, whereby the Secretary, Department of Forest, Govt. of Bihar, O.P. No. 1 was directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order has already been complied with and he is not going to proceed in the matter.
