The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 491 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/406/504/506/ 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation against the petitioners and also the nature of injury, the present anticipatory bail

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Betiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
