22.04.2015 A petition for correction in the name of the petitioner in the cause-title of the Order, dated 03.03.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47739 of 2014 in relation to Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 90 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, has been filed on the ground that since the petitioner has a few aliases and so does the husband of the petitioner has a alias, despite the Order of grant of bail, she is not being released by the court below. She has brought evidence on record by supplementary affidavit that her name is Dulari Devi @ Ram Dulari Devi @ Dulariya Devi @ Dulaliya Devi @ Duliya Devi and the husband's name is Late Kappal Sahni @ Late Kamal Sahni, Modification petition is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13691 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Let the above aliases be read in the said cause title of the Order.
